In 2015, I visited Kitchen Town, an incubator in Silicon Valley that provides a co-working space and the infrastructure to start new food companies. Back to Italy, I started to evolve the incubation model with the aim of answering a question: is it possible to apply the model of cloud computing to food production? I think so.
Food Cloud is a platform for the urban production of good, healthy and sustainable food. It offers food entrepreneurs know-how and training, on-demand infrastructure to make any type of food, and access to urban delivery networks.
